T1 for stock ignition modules, new "smart" coils with built in ignitor (e.g., Nissan, Toyota, Subaru, etc.) or aftermarket CDI modules. Note that smart coils have internal ignition amp and three or four pin connector.
T2 Coil Driver Interceptor (e.g.stand alone with dumb coils). Note that dumb coils have coil positive and coil negative terminals. May have a connector with a third pin for shield.
T3 Vampire Coil Driver: Use with stock ECU and dumb coils or standalone with dwell control and ignitor. Connects directly to coil negative terminal (e.g. Ford Focus, BMW, and Hyundai Tiburon). NOT FOR CDI systems.
Eight channel Vampire for coil on plug Ford and Chrysler now available. Use factory sensor, or add Bosch sensor kit if no sensor is present.
